Missions Trips & Service Projects

Missions Trips

Each spring, our Middle and High Schools go on a school-led missions trip.

These trips are unique because we intentionally combine a missions focus while learning the history of our great country and the countries surrounding us.

In years past we have traveled to Monterrey, Mexico, Costa Rica, and all along the East Coast, including trips to Washington DC, New York City, Boston, and Philadelphia.   In April of 2015, our school-led missions trip will take us to Charleston, South Carolina.

Hands and Feet

In addition to our missions trips, Northside provides regular opportunities for our students to be the hands and feet of Christ in our community.  Each year, all of our students participate in a Serv-a-Thon – 2 days full of community-based service projects.    Our middle and high school students also do service projects throughout the entire school year.

Our students have fed the homeless, visited shut ins, done craft projects with the elderly, created blankets for abandoned babies, made sandwiches for the needy, cleaned our host church, collected shoeboxes with Operation Christmas Child, raked leaves, planted trees with the City of Blaine, and so much more.
